Where it comes from matters as much as what it is.
At Horizzon, responsible sourcing, full traceability and regulatory compliance are not procedures we follow — they are how we operate.
WHERE IT BEGINS
Every product we supply originates from refineries and suppliers that meet the highest internationally recognised sourcing standards. We vet every supplier before any relationship begins and maintain that scrutiny on an ongoing basis. Nothing enters our supply chain without full documentation of its origin, refinery accreditation and chain of custody.
SOURCING
Chain of custody
Physical precious metals carry a record. From the refinery that produced them to the counterparty that receives them, every point of transfer in the supply chain generates documentation — and at Horizzon, that documentation is maintained in full across every transaction we handle.
We source exclusively from accredited partners that operate under recognised good delivery standards and responsible sourcing frameworks. Before any product enters our supply chain, certification and origin documentation are verified. Nothing moves without a complete paper trail.
For every transaction we complete, full documentation is available to counterparties on request. We do not supply metal whose origin cannot be fully documented. Counterparties requiring additional documentation for internal compliance, audit or regulatory purposes are encouraged to make that request at the point of onboarding.
What drives us
The chain - from origin to delivery

COMPLIANCE
Built to meet the highest regulatory standards in the industry.
Horizzon operates as a Dealer in Precious Metals and Stones under UAE law — a designation that carries specific and significant compliance obligations. We take those obligations seriously, not as a regulatory requirement but as a reflection of the standards every counterparty we work with has a right to expect.
REGULATORY ALIGNMENT
Guided by UAE precious metals regulations.
We operate in full compliance with Ministry of Economy supervision requirements for DPMS entities, including mandatory goAML reporting, Dealers in Precious Metals and Stones Report submissions where applicable, and sanctions screening aligned with UAE and UN sanctions lists.
